Visits section is an important analytical part where you can see all the website data and data about users who chatted with Handle. Log in to your Handle account, hover over the left sidebar menu and click on the menu item “Visits” to access it.
In the “Visits” section, you will receive insights about your website and chatbot performance. You can easily configure the time frame to get the website and chatbot performance results for a specific time frame. The insights you will receive include:
- Number of website visitors
- Number of visitors who chatted
- Most visited web pages (ranked 1-20)
- Pages with most chats (ranked 1-20)
- Location of your website visitors (ranked 1-20)
- Device usage (desktop vs. mobile)
